COMMUNITY VNA

F VNA

The Parkinson???s disease support group for Wednesday, October 12th at 10AM will present “Daily strategies to improve sleep and improve energy levels???.?? The presenter, Cally Donahue, OTD, is an occupational therapist and teacher, who recently completed a doctorate exploring non-pharmaceutical interventions to optimize sleep in people with Parkinson???s. She returns to the group now to raise awareness of sleep problems, their potential impact on daily life, and to encourage discussions on ways to try out new strategies to improve sleep.??

This is part of the regular Parkinson’s support group which meets the second Wednesday of the month at Community VNA, 10 Emory Street, Attleboro from 10am to 12noon.
