SAINT JOHN’S SCHOOL ATTLEBORO

CANDY FOR OUR VETERANS

F SJS image

The students at Saint John the Evangelist School in Attleboro brought in almost 120 lbs of Halloween candy.

The fifth grade class, led by Sister Mary Dumond, collected and packed nine boxes of candy.

They mailed the boxes out to a veteran home in each of the six New England states, one box to Operation Gratitude in California, one box to each Shriner’s Children Hospital in Boston and Springfield.

Shown here are Sister Mary and the fifth graders with the boxes of candy.
