DAR May Raffle 

DAR “PECK”HOUSE 

The Attleboro Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) invites the public to participate in its May raffle. For a donation of twenty dollars, each raffle participant will have 31 chances to win a variety of fantastic prizes to help support the Chapter’s work. Drawings will begin on May 9th

For over 115 years, the DAR has been promoting the importance of historic preservation, education and patriotism. The Attleboro Chapter supports local veterans and those at the Brockton VA Hospital, provides scholarships to high school seniors, and honors a Good Citizen from each of several local high schools and an Outstanding Teacher of American History each year. The DAR members also help maintain sites of historic significance in the community.

This event is supported by donations from local businesses and community members. Some of the prizes include $50 gift certificates from restaurants and retail stores, passes to entertainment sites, themed gift baskets, jewelry, Vera Bradley merchandise, hand-made crafts (i.e. paintings, knitted items, etc.) and many other wonderful raffles.
