The United Regional Chamber of Commerce organized a ribbon-cutting event at SERAPHIM Tea & More 193 Central St. in Seekonk on Dec. 2. Seraphim Tea & More is an upscale, modern tea room that serves high tea, home-made light entrees, desserts and Sunday brunch. The ribbon cutting, which was attended by local dignitaries as well as Seraphim Tea & More family and friends, featured a tea tasting with scones and toppings.
