SWANSEA, Mass. The esteemed presenter of this year’s seminar is Massachusetts native Charles Nechtem, Ph.D., founder of Charles Nechtem Associates. In the one-day “Wise Management of Grief” seminar, Nechtem will share his expertise and essential self-help tips with professional and lay caregivers in the Boston area.

“With an aging population in the U.S., and with the vast Baby Boom generation nearing retirement age, the role of the caregiver has become increasingly important,” Nechtem said. “Few caregivers, professional or otherwise, have a support system in place which addresses their physical and psychological needs. It is essential that caregivers recognize their vulnerability and take measures to maintain their own mental and physical health,” he said.
