Castro, CPA of Castro Thresher & Oliveira PC, Certified Public Accountants, recently testified before the Massachusetts House of Representatives sub-committee on the Tax Expenditure Budget. Mr. Castro offered insight on the challenges that individuals and small businesses face with the Massachusetts Tax Code as well recommendations for tax simplification. The sub-committee of the Committee on Revenue is charged with reviewing the Massachusetts Tax Expenditure Budget and recommending changes.
