PUBLISHERBOSTON, MA- State Senator Scott Brown and State Representative Elizabeth Poirier are pleased to announce that the Hockomock Area YMCA, which serves North Attleboro, has been awarded a $14.4 million tax-exempt bond from Mass Development.
The organization plans to use the bond proceeds to refund and refinance past bonds, which were used to renovate and expand facilities.
The Hockcomock YMCA offers a variety of programs, including nursery school, triathlon club, and cooking, to members of the community.
Mass Development renders the necessary financial tools and real estate expertise to prompt economic growth throughout Massachusetts.
