RIGOP HIRES EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Warwick, RI – The Rhode Island Republican Party (RIGOP) is pleased to announce the hiring of Caleb Worthen as its Executive Director. Caleb will lead the field operation by implementing a person-to-person grassroots organizing program to communicate with voters.
Chairman Brandon S. Bell commented: “Heading into the 2018 election the RIGOP will be on the ground organizing in neighborhoods across the state. “We’re building a field operation that will not only help us win elections in 2018 but also in 2020 and beyond.”
Bell continued: “We’re pleased to welcome Caleb as his expertise will be invaluable as we work toward victories in 2018,” “We’re rethinking how we build our field operation and Caleb is a perfect fit to build our new bottom-up, precinct-level focused field organization.”
Caleb E. Worthen has extensive field operations and management experience in campaigns and voter targeting since 2012 when he was Regional Field Director for Romney for President in Colorado.
After he served as Utah State Field Director for Sean Reyes for Attorney General he then worked for the Republican National Committee as well as the Republican parties of Colorado, New Hampshire and New York.
In his roles as statewide field director and state director, he developed field programs and strategy for targeted races as well as managing volunteers and GOTV operations .
