ZUMBA

Are you interested in a fun workout for everybody and every body? Zumba instructor Kelley Brophy will lead this free Zumba class for teens-seniors on Monday November 19, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the Community Room. Join us for one or all of the classes! No registration required.

How Zumba?? works: We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba?? Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Norton Public Library.
