HANSON, MA: WATERSHED ALLIANCE

Water – New England’s Next Big Challenge

F WWA

Water – New England’s Next Big Challenge, will inform, educate and inspire you about critical water issues pertaining to ensuring clean and plentiful water for people and wildlife in New England now and into the future.

The presentations will focus on issues and answers in Southeastern Massachusetts, many of which are relevant across New England and beyond.

Three consecutive sessions will be presented. They are:

1) Water Quality and Quantity

2) Getting People To Do the Right Thing: Outreach, Regulation, and Enforcement

3) The Future of Our Water Supply

There will be several presenters for each session, as well as time for questions and discussion, which WAA conferences excel in stimulating.

We are excited that Alex Hackman of the MA Division of Ecological Restoration will present a plenary talk.

Sponsors and WAA member associations will have informational booths in an adjoining exhibit hall.

More information is available here.

A full refund is available until one week prior to the conference.

Online registration ends on March 22 at 8 a.m.

Registration will be available at the door for $30. Coffee, tea and water will be available for all attendees and you will be able to pre-order a box lunch before the conference or bring your own lunch.
