Scholarship Foundation Thanks Community
Members of Scholarship Foundation of East Providence thank the community for their support of the recent Holiday Breakfast. The volunteer scholarship group is celebrating 50 years of community service this year.
Past scholarship recipients and their families, East Providence High School students and their families and Scholarship Foundation board members helped to make this year’s event a success. They salute breakfast Gold Sponsor, Collette, and breakfast Silver Sponsors, Bank RI and East Providence Firefighters IAFF Local 850. They acknowledge the support of food donors A.B. Munroe Dairy, Coca-Cola, Dunkin’ Donuts and McDonald’s.
Scholarship Foundation of East Providence appreciates the scores of local businesses that donated prizes for the silent auction and raffle. And they acknowledge the more than 500 local residents who attended and supported the annual fundraising event.
Proceeds from the annual Holiday Breakfast will enable Scholarship Foundation of East Providence to award twelve additional $1000 scholarships to East Providence students this year.
