Flea Market Space Available!

The Friends of the Norton Public Library are sponsoring an outdoor flea market to be held at the Norton Public Library on Saturday September 9, 2017 from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM .

Spaces are available for $20 each (we do not provide tables). Please register at the library by September 7th. Payment is required at sign up.

Rain date September 16th.

Join us on Tuesday September 12, 2017 at 6:00 PM in the Community Room for monthly public meeting of the Board of Library Trustees.

Join us on Thursday September 21, 2017 at ??6:30 PM in the Community room for Fall Landscape Paint Night with Sandy Churchill.

Come join us for a fun and engaging paint night! Painters of all levels are welcome to learn to paint an autumn landscape. All materials will be provided (including paints, brushes, watercolor canvas, etc.).??

Sandy Churchill teaches ???Paint with the Masters??? classes to budding artists, including enrichment classes, homeschool programs, and library classes. While she has taught classes in the style of Van Gogh, Lichenstein, Klimt, Seurat, and Matisse, Monet remains a personal favorite!??

This is the third in a series of three classes designed to introduce adults to the styles of fine artists and foster hands-on creation of individual paintings inspired by the masters.??

Please note this program is for adults only. Registration is required and begins on September 7. Please sign up in our registration book near the front desk or by phone (508-286-2695) or email (amanda.viana@sailsinc.org). Phone and email registrations are finalized once you have received a confirmation from the library.

Join us on Wednesday September 20, 2017 from 10:30 AM-11:30 AM in the Community Room for Melody and Motion Playgroup.?? Dance, sing, learn, and play! Enjoy silly songs and movement at this free program presented by the MOMS Club of Norton. If you would like to learn more about the MOMS Club, this is a great chance. Open to all–you do not have to be a member (or even a mom) to come to this event.

The MOMS Club?? of Norton is a local chapter of the International MOMS Club?? (Moms Offering Moms Support).?? MOMS Club?? is an international nonprofit organization aimed at providing support for mothers who stay home, part-time or full-time, and raise their children.
