Mixed Magic Theatre’s cofounder Ricardo Pitts-Wiley formed the dynamic Exult Choir in 2006 with a mission to preserve and celebrate the great African American tradition of gospel music.
The choir has performed quite extensively, was honored by Maya Angelou, and under Choir Director Kim Pitts-Wiley and Music Director Delbert Collins , it recently rocked the 2018 Challenger’s Summit in Watch Hill Rhode Island which represented an audience of enthusiastic participants from all over the world.
For this year’s concert the directors chose an exciting repertoire of songs that cover the full spectrum of gospel and spiritual music with a few surprises.
REVIVAL DAY! is an ambitious and uplifting journey of praise. The audience will enjoy a most unforgettable soul stirring event with one of Rhode Island’s most popular and celebrated gospel choirs.
