Providence – Stone Soup Coffeehouse brings American roots and soul songwriter Kerri Powers to Providence on Saturday, October 26th.
The show starts at 7 pm at The Music Mansion at 88 Meeting Street, Providence.
After taking some time off, Kerri returned to performing, counting among her credits the Boston Folk Festival, the Philadelphia Folk Festival, and Telluride Bluegrass Festival. She recently played the main stage at Falcon Ridge Folk Festival.
Kerri also has a recently released self-titled album, her first effort in five years.
“Kerri is no stranger to the Stone Soup stage, as she performed early in her career while we were at Slater Mill Historic Site,” says Barbara Wahlberg, booking coordinator for Stone Soup. “We are so happy to welcome her back to Stone Soup once again.”
