A wop-baba-lu-bop-a wop-bam-boom! Greased Lightnin??? is rolling into town! It is time to rock it back to 1959 with the North Attleborough High School Theatre Company for our annual Spring Musical.
This year it???s ???Grease,??? with music, book, and lyrics by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey.
We are excited to present this classic feel-good story on April 7th and 8th , at 7:00 pm, in the Judith E. Cobb Theatre. The production is directed by Ms. Lisa Forsgard, with musical direction by Mrs. Christine Walker, and the pit orchestra conducted by Mr. T.J. Rizzo.????
Follow the hormone-charged journey of the leather-loving Burger Palace Boys and the
hip-shaking Pink Ladies as they struggle to make it through one wild year at Rydell High. Meet Danny Zuko, played by senior Richard Mulligan, greaser-in-chief and local teenage heartthrob, as he falls head over heels during a fleeting summer fling with the delightfully endearing new girl, Sandy Dumbrowski, played by junior Casey Magas. Watch as they strive to discover their identities while enduring the hilarious hijinks of high school mayhem, joined by the maverick motorhead Kenickie, played by freshman Jason Montes, and the sassy leader of the Pink Ladies, Rizzo, played by senior Meghan Hudson.
Get ready to slick back your hair and put on your dancing shoes as you bop to the beat of these timeless tunes of a bygone era.
Tickets are $15.00 for adults, and $12.00 for high school and younger students and senior citizens.
Tickets will be on sale at all lunches the week of the show, and before and after school in room 101 from Ms. Forsgard.
