A Motivational Workshop for the New Year

Life is busy, full of obligations, and sometimes it’s easy to lose the connection to who you really are. In this New Year, learn how to realign with what matters most: your best self.
On Saturday, January 12th, 2019, from 10 -11:30 am, Certified Professional Co-active Life Coach Marie Mechtaly will lead a workshop at the Weaver Library that will help you to explore, reflect, and discover your truest self.
Through guided visualization, powerful questions and group discussion, you will identify what is most important to you and how to let this inform your choices for the New Year and a new beginning.
The workshop will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
Marie kindly asks that participants arrive a few minutes early.
Wear comfortable clothes and be sure to bring paper and pen.
This program is free and open to all, however, registration is required and space is limited.
