Pawtucket Parks & Recreation Division Announces Adult Tennis Leagues
The Pawtucket Parks & Recreation Division will be conducting various tennis programs at the Mike Kenny tennis courts in Slater Memorial Park this season.
Adult league registrations are now being accepted on-line and at the Slater Park Office through Thursday, May 30th. To register on-line,visit the Parks & Recreation tab on the City of Pawtucket website at
Once an account is established, customers will have access to registering for programs and permitting facilities with a credit card payment option. Registrations completed at the Slater Park Office can be done Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am through 4:30 pm.
The men’s doubles league will take place on Monday evenings starting June 3rd while the men’s singles league will begin on Wednesday, June 5th. The women’s doubles league will take place on Tuesday evenings, starting June 4th with the singles league beginning on Thursday, June 6th.
The cost for each adult league is $40. for residents and $50. for non-residents of Pawtucket. All participants must be 18 years of age or older. Space is limited. All leagues start at 6 p.m. on their respective days and will continue for a maximum of ten weeks, which factors rescheduling due to inclement weather.
