Late-Summer Gardens & Wild Magic Await
Dear Kindred Souls,

As summer unfolds in all its abundance, my newsletters have been arriving a little inconsistently—thank you for bearing with me as I follow the rhythm of the season.
The gardens are shifting beautifully. Sunflowers are just beginning to put on their golden show. Cannabis is starting to flower. Some plants are quietly slipping into their seed-making magic. The beds hold their late-summer fullness like a deep breath—alive with the choice: harvest one more time, or let the plants go fully to seed. It’s the edge of one cycle and the opening of another—both are magic.
Reflections from Our Last Red Tent Gathering
The circle continues to expand. Last month, one of our Moon SiStars suggested crafting Moon Spoons with air-dry clay. There is always making when we gather together in circle—an ancient practice of creativity, communing with the heart, and growing deep roots of community.
Moments like these remind me why it is such an honor to host gatherings here at the homestead. This weekend, I am thrilled that the Rhode Island Witches Council has chosen Skydog Farm for a full-day private rewilding retreat. Their choice reflects the same energy of connection, creativity, and reverence for nature that we cultivate in our Red Tent circle.
It also inspires me to invite you to create your own personalized experience. Whether it’s a private plant walk, herbal crafting party, or half/full day retreat, I would love to co-create a nature-based experience with you, right where you and your community feel most at home.
