RIPTA’s Photo Identification Office Will Also Be Closed During Training

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will temporarily close its Customer Service Department on Wednesday, November 12; Wednesday, November 19; and Wednesday, December 3, from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM for employee training and professional development.
During these closures, the following services will be unavailable:
Customer Service Call Center
Lost and Found
Kennedy Plaza Ticket Office
Photo Identification Office
The temporary closures will allow Customer Service staff to participate in training designed to enhance service quality and better support RIPTA riders. Regular bus service will not be affected.
