About Skydog Farmstead
Skydog Farmstead is a private homestead rooted in land stewardship, seasonal living, and intentional relationship with the land.

Katherine Fotiades & Mark Phillips
Formerly known as Skydog Farm, this land once supported community-centered farming and public gatherings. That chapter has now closed. Today, the property is no longer operated as a farm business, event venue, retreat center, or agritourism destination. It is cared for as a private residence and farmstead.
The work connected to this land has evolved inward. Katherine Fotiades now focuses her professional offerings through Rewild Your Sanctuary, providing private consulting, one-on-one mentorship, and seasonal guidance to individuals seeking to rewild their lives, reconnect with nature, and create sustainable rhythms of living. These services are offered independently of the property.
Occasionally, Skydog Farmstead hosts small, personal gatherings rooted in long-standing spiritual and community traditions. These gatherings are intimate, non-commercial, and held in the spirit of connection rather than production.
