Join us for a Blackstone Culinaria livestream with Chef Dave Ashworth from Parma Ristorante !!!
Your Culinaria hostess, Joan Loos, will have Chef Dave on to prepare a delicious meal of Orecchiette Con Rabe , which is ear shaped pasta tossed in a light aioli with ground veal sausage, rabe, black olives, grated parmesan cheese and finished with mascarpone cheese.
Joan will also be asking Chef Dave some questions about his cooking, ingredients and his restaurant. We’d love to hear your questions too!… so join us during the livestream and post them in the comments for a chance to have them asked during the event!!!

Blackstone Valley Tourism Council has run our Blackstone Culinaria food tour program since 2008 to showcase the diverse and wonderful food and drink available in the Blackstone Valley.
Now, in this time of social distancing, we are unable to bring people to restaurants for a unique dine-in experience, so Culinaria Live brings the restaurant to our viewers!
Each episode will feature a Blackstone Valley chef who will prepare a menu item and share what is special about the restaurant. The goal is to encourage viewers to support the restaurant by ordering food for take-out.
Though still in the works… watch for some future episodes that may feature tours of breweries and vineyards in the Blackstone Valley, cocktail making classes at distilleries or making special treats at area bakeries.
