Parkinson???s Disease Support Group Meets May 10th
Wednesday, May 10th, the Parkinson’s Disease Support Group will meet at Community VNA, 10 Emory St., Attleboro from 10am to 12pm.????
This meeting will feature, Debra Demar, a representative from White Cross of RI. She will speaking on the advantages of using individually prepared medication packets, including safety and ease of use.
Please note that previous notices had the date wrong; the date of May 10th is correct.
At the June 14th meeting, a registered pharmacist will speak and answer questions on Parkinson???s medications, why different medications are prescribed, how they work, and best practices on taking medications.????
People with Parkinson’s, family members and friends are welcome to attend, even if a loved one lives at a distance. Many new and helpful resources are available at the group to help people with PD live well.
