WEEKEND GIRL SCOUTS GLAMP

Join Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England for GLAMP

Warwick, R.I. (July 15, 2025)—Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England is hosting GLAMP for the second year! GLAMP is an all-inclusive weekend retreat for women ages 21+, a place to reconnect with nature for a good cause!

All funds raised through GLAMP will bolster our camp programs and properties, ensuring that future generations continue to benefit from enriching outdoor experiences.

GLAMP is a form of giving, highlighting our natural resources and assets and giving our community members a chance to experience camaraderie and connections. GSSNE camp properties have provided thousands of youth with unforgettable experiences—fun, friendships, and proximity to the natural world—for generations. Now more than ever, spending time in nature is linked to many positive mental health outcomes, which is critical for youth today after the trauma of COVID and our country’s subsequent mental health crisis.

At GLAMP you can expect an all-inclusive ‘choose your own adventure’ few days, finding your perfect balance between leisure and activity, connections and self-care. Throughout the weekend, all activities and programs are optional! Guilt-free reading in an Adirondack Chair or participating in as many programs as possible—the choice is yours.

GLAMP will have something for everyone! From arts & creativity to camp classics like hatchet throwing, or mind-body-soul sessions like yoga, mindfulness, and personal growth workshops, there’s something for every vibe. If the sun’s out, the waterfront will be open—kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, you name it. Or treat yourself in Wellville, where you’ll find Massage Envy providing relaxing treatments like mini facials and hand massages.

Register, learn more about GLAMP, and read all our FAQs at gssne.org/glamp.

Do you want to help us make GLAMP an amazing event for our attendees? Consider becoming a sponsor or program provider for this exciting event! We’re looking for program providers to provide valuable experiences to our attendees. Examples of last year’s activities include floral arranging, basket weaving, seminars, massages, and more! Sponsoring could include in-kind donations of food, materials, etc., or a monetary donation to help offset our costs of running the event.

If you are interested in supporting this event, please contact Lisa Ducharme at lducharme@gssne.org.

We Are Girl Scouts

Girl Scouts bring their dreams to life and work together to build a better world. Through programs across Southeastern New England, girls and gender-expansive youth of all backgrounds and abilities can be unapologetically themselves in a safe space as they discover their strengths and rise to meet new challenges. Backed strong friendships and trusted adult volunteers, mentors, and millions of alums, Girl Scouts lead the way as they find their voices and make changes that affect the issues most important to them. Girl Scouts feel comfortable trying new things without the pressure to be perfect, speaking their minds, and processing their emotions in healthy ways. They discover how being different makes them special, strengthens their sense of belonging, and, ultimately, makes them proud to be themselves. That’s the magic of Girl Scouting.
