Donate New School Supplies August 4–18
PROVIDENCE, RI (July 14, 2025) — Grieco Automotive Group dealerships in Johnston, East Providence, Middletown, and Seekonk, MA are gearing up for their 4th Annual School Supply Drive, taking place August 4 to August 18. The drive will benefit Tides Family Services and The Arc Rhode Island, with all collected items distributed to local students to help them start the school year prepared and confident.
“Our dealerships are part of the fabric of these communities, and we know firsthand how important it is for every child to begin the school year with confidence,” said Michael Grieco, Jr., Vice President of Grieco Automotive Group. “A backpack full of supplies may seem small, but it can make a world of difference in helping a student feel seen, supported, and ready to succeed. We’re proud to partner with Tides and The Arc Rhode Island to help children across the region feel empowered this school year.”
Most-Needed Supplies Include:
Paper: Lined paper, copy paper, construction paper, spiral notebooks, composition books, index cards
Pencils & Pens: #2 pencils, blue/black/red pens, colored pencils, erasers, sharpeners, pencil cases, markers, crayons, highlighters, dry-erase markers
General Supplies: Rulers, dry-erase boards, paper clips, 3-ring 2″ binders, pocket folders, report covers, protractors
Classroom Staples: Stapler and staples, glue sticks, scissors, tape, calculators
Basics: Tissues, sanitizing wipes, hand sanitizer
