WORCESTER, Mass.––The EcoTarium Museum of Science and Nature will unveil its new 6,400-square-foot Stoddard Exhibition Hall at the “Legacy of the Stars” gala on Saturday, Nov. 15, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Museum’s campus, 222 Harrington Way.

Emceed by WBZ-TV reporter Levan Reid, the formal evening will feature a ribbon-cutting, a first look inside the hall, entertainment by Crocodile River and the Etka Dance Academy, and catering by Peppers Artful Events.

Museum leaders say the Stoddard Exhibition Hall marks a transformative step for Central New England’s leading museum of science and nature, expanding capacity for major traveling exhibitions and homegrown STEAM experiences.

Proceeds from the gala will support the debut of The Secret World of Elephants, the first exhibition to be presented in the new space, opening March 2026.

The exhibition was developed by the American Museum of Natural History in New York.

Founded in 1825, the EcoTarium blends indoor and outdoor learning across its 45-acre campus, including interactive exhibits, the Alden Planetarium, wildlife habitats, nature trails, and seasonal attractions.
