Experience this acclaimed one-woman show, fresh off a successful run at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, in a groundbreaking new form, where theatre, cabaret, and full-dome visual storytelling collide.
My Marlene resurrects the magnetic, gender-fluid, bisexual icon Marlene Dietrich—Hollywood legend, anti-fascist rebel, and artistic shapeshifter. Performed by award-winning writer and actor Tjaša Ferme and directed by Ana Margineanu, the show dives into the contradictions that made Dietrich extraordinary: selfless war hero and glamorous housefrau in tuxedo tails; romantic entangled with lovers across continents; gender-fluid pioneer who wore masculinity and femininity interchangeably—and defiantly—both on and off screen.
