SUNsational Raffle
Friends of Pomham Rocks Lighthouse will sponsor a SUNsational Raffle this summer.
Proceeds will benefit the historical chimney restoration project at the lighthouse.
More than $700 in prizes will be offered, including an off-season overnight stay at Bayside Resort in West Yarmouth, MA and a 40-minute boat ride for two passengers in La Gondola, Providence.
Also featured are tickets to Theatre By The Sea to see Titanic or You’ve Still Got a Friend and tickets to Aging Disgracefully, a lunch and comedy show at The Old Grist Mill in Seekonk, MA in September.
Prizes also include a Dine Around Package, with a $50 gift certificate to your choice of dining from Newport Restaurant Group and a Dine In Town Package, with gift cards to Café Water Street and Blount Clam Shack in Warren and Swad Restaurant in Riverside.
SUNsational Raffle tickets are $10 each or 3 for $25. They will be sold at the Looff Arts Festival, in the Pomham Rocks Lighthouse Gift Shop for tour visitors this summer, or can be obtained in advance by sending a check, made payable to Friends of Pomham Rocks Lighthouse, c/o 81 Harris Street, Riverside, RI 02915. Include your name, address and phone number on your check.
Drawing for the raffle will take place at 6 PM on August 8 (raindate August 9) at the Friends of Pomham Rocks Lighthouse booth at The Looff Arts Festival at Crescent Park, Riverside.
You do not need to be present to win.
The owner of the first ticket picked will be contacted and choose their prize.
Then the owner of the second winning ticket will choose from the remaining prizes, and so on.
