He has been called many things: Father Shelton, dad, grandpa, coach, troublemaker, and agitator — just to name a few… …but never “retiring.” Nevertheless, we invite you to join us as we toast (and perhaps roast) Henry Shelton while we thank him for his many decades of tireless work as Director of the George Wiley Center and the Coordinator of the RI Campaign to Eliminate Childhood Poverty.?? Henry plans to continue to lend his guidance and support to our new Coordinator, Camilo Viveiros – who currently serves as our lead organizer. In addition to inviting you to join us as we break bread and hoist a glass to Henry, we also ask that you bring along a story or two that will illuminate his lifetime of good work and good humor.
