It was a week of growing in leadership, community building, and sharing faith, for 63 incoming Bishop Feehan High School junior and seniors who took part in Feehan???s annual ???Shamrock Leadership Institute.????? Life-long memories were created at the four-day program designed to help students understand what it means to be a Catholic Christian disciple while learning about leadership styles, how to better communicate, working with groups, planning skills through presentations, multi-media, icebreakers, and group games.

The program culminated in a Mass and ceremonial ???Washing of the Feet??? taken from the Gospel according to John13:14-17, ???If I, therefore, the master and teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash one another???s feet. I have given you a model to follow, so that as I have done for you, you should also do.?? Amen, amen, I say to you, no slave is greater than his master nor any messenger greater than the one who sent him.?? If you understand this, blessed are you if you do it.?????

Led by Doug Rodrigues, director of campus ministry, other team leaders included pastor at St. Mary???s and Sacred Heart churches in N. Attleboro, Father Dave Costa, Andrew Carroll, Moira Dowd, Tim Endicott, Laura Mandeville, Deacon Joseph McGinley, and Gregory Speidel.
