The Friends of the Plainville Public Library will hold a Non-Fiction Book Sale from September 17-24 during normal library hours, which will be held in the conference room. On September 24 from 10 AM – 2 PM there will be a $5 bag sale for Non-Fiction books only, we provide the bags.
Books are presorted into over 18 categories and the prices range from $.50 to $1. Best Sellers and books of gift giving quality are priced slightly higher and are not included in the bag sale. Fiction books will also be available for purchase as part of our on going sale, which is located in the Friends hallway on the way to the conference room.
Donations of items may be dropped off at the library during normal library hours throughout the year. The Plainville Public Library is located on Rte. 1A at 198 South St. For further information, you may call the Plainville Public Library at 508-695-1784 or checkout our web site at
