Internationally Known Celtic Folk Musician, Robbie O???Connell, Live At Linden Place Mansion with Special Guest Rose Clancy

In celebration of St. Patrick???s Day, Linden Place Museum is thrilled to welcome back internationally known folk singer and songwriter Robbie O???Connell for a night of authentic Celtic music and storytelling. O???Connell will be performing in the historic Linden Place Mansion parlors at 500 Hope Street in Bristol, Rhode Island on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 7:30pm.

Best known for his work with the Clancy Brothers, Robbie O???Connell has performed worldwide and has most recently began working on his own solo pieces. He is a songwriter of vision, being able to take everyday thoughts and experiences and turn them into a structured folk song. Throughout his career, O???Connell has engaged audiences from Madison Square Garden to the Lincoln Center of the Performing Arts and Carnegie Hall.

Clancy& O???Connell will perform Celtic-flavored pieces, with Rose Clancy on the fiddle and Robbie O???Connell on guitar and vocals ??? together they create a delightful musical tapestry to celebrate the season.??

Tickets for the concert are $25 for general admissions and $20 for Linden Place members, and free for Colt Circle members. The concert will include a wine reception after the performance to meet O???Connell and Clancy. This annual event tends to sell out, so reservations are recommended. Friends of Linden Place is a non-profit organization responsible for the restoration and preservation of the historic house museum at 500 Hope Street in Bristol, Rhode Island, and for the promotion of cultural, artistic, and educational programs in the community. The mansion and grounds are open to the public from May to October, during the holiday season, and also by appointment.??
