The United Regional Chamber of Commerce celebrated at the opening of the?? new location for the Waters Early Learning Center?? at 57 John L Dietsch Square in North Attleborough. Waters Early Learning Center offers unique, individualized learning programs fostering whole child development from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
