The??Ocean State Ramblers, a bluegrass band based in southern New England, headlines the Weaver Library Farmers Market on Thursday, August 24, 2017 from 4 -7pm.??

Members of the Rhode Island Bluegrass Alliance, musicians Stephen Dyer on bass, guitar and banjo, Anne-Marie Forer on fiddle and guitar, Dave O???Connell on mandolin, guitar and bass, and Diane Petit on guitar and mandolin, entertain with a variety of bluegrass standards and original songs.

Performing on the library lawn at 41 Grove Avenue, East Providence, RI,??the band will provide the perfect soundtrack to the community market offering??fresh, local??vegetables, fruit, flowers, fresh fish, plants, herbs, olive oils & vinegars, granola, honey, biscotti,??cookies, pies, lemonade, soaps, candles, dog treats and more! Shopping at the library farmers’ market is fun for the whole family.

Bring a blanket, listen to some great bluegrass, and let the children dance! ??

The Weaver Library Farmers Market welcomes customers using SNAP/EBT, WIC, Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program coupons, and credit or debit cards.
