ZUMBA

Dance party! Are you interested in a fun workout for everybody and every body? Zumba instructor Kelley Brophy will lead this free Zumba class for teens-seniors on Monday December 4, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Community Room. Join us for one or all of the classes! No registration required.

How Zumba?? works: We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba?? Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

KNIT

Join us on Thursday December 7, 2017 from 1:00 PM-2:30 PM?? in the Community Room for Knot Just Knitting.?? Join this group of those who want to share and/or compare knitting and crocheting projects. From beginner to expert participants are welcome. The group also knits/crochets for charities.
