January 28th North Attleborough Historical Society Meeting??
The North Attleborough Historical Society will hold its next meeting on Sunday, January 28th at 2:00 PM at the Little Red Schoolhouse.?? The Society invites you to join them as Ann Sears of the Attleboro Chaminade Club presents “A Century of Music” the rich history of the Chaminade Music Club that began as a women’s club in 1912 as a non-profit organization which aimed to further the general study and appreciation of music through public concerts, and scholarship awards for music students to continue their musical education.
The group members met in their homes and shared their performances of great music. Now, over 100 years later, the club continues to bring music to all of us.??
The meeting takes place in the Little Red Schoolhouse next door to the Woodcock Garrison House at 362 North Washington Street in North Attleborough.??
Refreshments will be served following the presentation and a plant donated by Brigg’s Nursery will be raffled.??
This meeting is free and open to the public.
