Mayor Grebien Thanks Gloria Gemma Foundation and Donors
PAWTUCKET ??? On Saturday, May 19th, Mayor Donald Grebien participated in the Bras for a Cause fundraiser to benefit the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation. Hosted at Twin River Casino, special guest models, including the Mayor, sported themed bras for auction.
The Mayor was joined by two cancer survivors, as well as Paws, the PawSox mascot, for his Lion King themed performance.
???I am honored to work with the Gloria Gemma Foundation, a local Pawtucket organization and an amazing community partner, to support the many women who are battling or recovering from their fight with breast cancer,??? said Mayor Grebien.
???Bras for a Cause was a great, light hearted way to support the cause. I also want to thank those who showed their support or made donations.???
