DONATE LIBRARY BOOKS

Friends of the Pawtucket Library Seeking Book Donations??

A PPL FOL-logo

The Friends of the Pawtucket Public Library are seeking donations of gently used books for their upcoming Summer Book Sale on Saturday, June
30th from 11am – 3pm at the Pawtucket Public Library.

In particular need is adult fiction books that are in good condition.

The Friends are unable to accept donations of magazines, textbooks, or encyclopedias.

Book donations may be dropped off at the front circulation desk during the library’s regular operating hours.

If you desire a receipt for tax purposes, you must first list how many hard-cover books and paperbacks
you are donating.

Then the library will be able to provide you with a
receipt, however the library cannot assign a dollar value to your donation.

Founded in 1962, the Friends of the Pawtucket Public Library is a 501c3 non-profit group working to support and improve the Library’s facilities, collections, staffing, and special programs to benefit the community.
