The Books of Elsewhere: The Shadows

Young readers are invited to sign up for the July Book Club for Kids program at the Pawtucket Children???s Library.
This month???s title is The Shadows, the first story in The Books of Elsewhere series by Jacqueline West. ??
When eleven-year-old Olive and her distracted parents move into an old Victorian mansion, Olive finds herself ensnared in a dark plan involving some mysterious paintings, a trapped and angry nine-year-old boy, and three talking cats.
The first 15 kids to register for the program will receive a free paperback copy of the book.
Best for kids in grades 3-5 but all young readers are welcome.??
Once the reader is signed up and has the book, he or she can read it on their own or with someone else.
Readers are invited to attend the Book Club for Kids program on Saturday, July 14th at 11:00 am in the Children???s Caidin Room to talk about favorite parts and play trivia games.
