PLAINVILLE, MA, JULY 31, 2018 — Award-winning local indie filmmaker, Nathan Suher (IM Filmworks) is preparing for his second feature film, the uniquely styled, ???The Assassination of Western Civilization???.?? The project is being rehearsed for several weeks, followed by two days when the entire script will be filmed in one unbroken shot.??
The production will take place in a vacant office space at 310 South Street in Plainville, MA during the month of August.?? The film was originally a stage production written and directed by award winning playwright, Lenny Schwartz.??
The movie is about a tabloid magazine writer who believes he witnessed a murder, and it soon visited by FBI agents who become increasingly suspicious of the writer???s paper thin alibi.??
The concept of filming the entire movie in one unbroken take comes from Nathan???s admiration of films such as Birdman (dir. ???I????rritu???), Victoria (dir. Schipper), and Rope (dir. Hitchcock).??????
Nathan Suher has been a working filmmaker in the Bristol County area for over ten years, and has previously produced local films in North Attleboro, Rehoboth, and Seekonk.??

That film is scheduled to make its world premiere on September 28th at the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center in Foxboro, MA.????
Nathan has been working in the entertainment industry for over 20 years and is currently the executive director of the Weston Media Center, Inc.
