Community VNA to host 6th Annual Spring Break, a benefit to support free community programs and services.
Registration is now open for Community VNA’s 6th Annual Spring Break to be held Sunday, April 28th from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at Lakeview Pavilion, 45 Lakeview Road, Foxborough, MA. Guest will enjoy a delicious brunch, raffles and silent auction. Reynold G. Spadoni, Community VNA’s new Chief Executive Officer, will be the featured speaker.
Funds raised will benefit Community VNA’s long-standing tradition of offering free community programs and services, including: caregiver and respite support for families of individuals with Alzheimer’s and related dementias; bereavement and grief support for hospice patients and family members facing life-limiting illnesses; and, education and training opportunities for health care and other professionals.

Attendees will have an opportunity to bid on a variety of silent auction items and raffle items, including: themed gift baskets, event tickets, gift certificates to local restaurants and area businesses, art and photography, as well as a seven-night stay for up to eight people at a luxury resort in Cancun, Mexico.
Individual tickets are $40 per person. Individual Sponsorships also are available for $100 and include the name of the guest to be printed in the event program. Table Sponsors may be purchased for $350 and include seating for 10 guests.
