NORTON PUBLIC LIBRARY

Norton Public Library Event – Junior Friends of the Library Zoom Hangout

Remember when we used to get together at the Norton Library? Those were the days! Until we can meet in person again, drop in for a casual video chat to catch up about whatever you want –  TV, books, movies, school, life! Grades 4-12.

See our Calendar of Events page at nortonlibrary.org for more info on how to register.

In non-pandemic times, the Junior Friends meet in person monthly, volunteering their time to decorate the bulletin board, plan community events, make recommendations for programs and materials purchases, and care for the library space together. We look forward to being able to do this again!

Norton Public Library Event – Spring Outdoor Storytime

Join Ms. Leslie and Ms. Marsha from Self-Help, Inc’s CFCE on Monday May 10th at 10:30 or 11:30 for one of a three-week story time on the grounds of the Norton Public Library Park. We will share stories, songs, fingerplays, and movement activities in a safe, socially-distanced manner. Each week we will embrace the theme of Spring! There will be a simple craft and handouts to send home to enhance the learning.

Please bring a blanket or mat for your family to sit on. Remember to wear your mask, wash your hands, and keep a safe 6 feet from other people!

Space is limited – registration is required. To register, head to the Norton Public Library Events homepage.
