Linden Place Seeks Passionate Volunteers: Open House on April 20th
Linden Place, a historic mansion and museum, is inviting the community to a volunteer open house on Saturday, April 20th, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in giving back and becoming part of a vibrant cultural institution.
No prior experience is necessary! During the open house, attendees can explore the beautiful mansion (free of charge during this event) and learn about the many rewarding volunteer opportunities available. These include:
Gift Shop: Assisting visitors with their purchases and sharing knowledge about Linden Place merchandise.
Tour Guide: Leading engaging tours of the mansion and grounds, bringing history to life for visitors.
Gardening: Helping to maintain the beautiful gardens, a vital part of the historic landscape.
Event Support: Lending a hand at various events throughout the year, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Light refreshments and coffee will be served while attendees mingle with current volunteers and Linden Place staff.
