This week, we celebrated the opening of Dexter Street Commons, a transformative $55 million mixed-use development in the Conant Thread neighborhood that brings 150 new energy-efficient apartments, affordable workforce housing, and new retail space to our community.
Located just steps from the Pawtucket-Central Falls Commuter Rail Station, this investment is helping create a vibrant, walkable neighborhood while expanding housing opportunities for residents and supporting local businesses.
Projects like Dexter Street Commons demonstrate the momentum happening across our city as we continue to revitalize key corridors, attract new investment, and strengthen Pawtucket’s economy.
